Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation/reschedule on or after the sixteenth (16th) full calendar day prior to the start of training results in 100% cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation/reschedule on or after the Twenty-First (21st) full calendar day up to the fifteenth (15th) full calendar day prior to the course results in 50% cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation/reschedule more than twenty-one (21) full calendar days prior to start of training results in a full refund or reschedule for another course. In the rare event that the course is cancelled by Security Forensics, students will have an option for a full refund or a full credit of equal or lesser value for a future course. Security Forensics is not liable or responsible for any refunds for monies that were paid by the student or the company the student is employed by, for the purchase of Airline Tickets, Hotel or Lodging, Rental Car, gas or mileage, per diem costs, time and expense or any inconvenience the cancellation of the course may have caused. In the event that the full or partial refund is due to the student, students that registered via the website and paid for the course in advance by credit card or e-check will receive the full amount, less 2.9% that was charged by the merchant for accepting credit card payment and transfer fees. Refunds do not apply to acts of god. This course is transferable. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Please Note: Once a registration form is provided to Security Forensics, Inc. via email, fax or regular mail, for participation in a course, by the student or the organization on behalf of the student, the organization is responsible for full payment of the course and agrees too the responsibilities set forth in the cancellation policy. If the student is self-employed or is an independent contractor, then he or she is personally responsible for full payment and agrees to the responsibilities set forth in the cancellation policy.
